New features in Autodesk Revit 2026

Autodesk Revit 2026 offers several new features and enhancements that contribute to a more efficient and flexible design and construction process. Below is an overview of the most important innovations:
- Accelerated Graphics Performance (Tech Preview):
- Faster navigation in 2D and 3D views.
- Graphics acceleration per view enabled for optimal GPU performance.
- Composite Structures Without Core Layers:
- Greater flexibility through optional core layers.
- Move core layers outside core area for better visibility finish layers.
- Improvements in Toposolids:
- Subdivisions with positive and negative offset.
- Improved accuracy in linked topography.
- Adjustable Point Limit via Revit.ini:
- Management of toposolid points for balance between performance and accuracy.
- Parametric Curling of Rebar:
- Adjustable offsets via three handle positions, ideal for crowded areas and clash prevention.
- Quick Access to Analytical Model Automation:
- Easy conversion between physical and analytical models.
- More Flexible Custom Steel Joints:
- Edit elements and adjust parameters within custom steel joints.
- Posting and Managing Views on Sheets:
- Easily store and consistently manage positions with new View Anchor options.
- Enhanced Coordination Models:
- New color-coding options and improved visibility by category.
In addition, several smaller improvements have been made, including updates to Sheet List Schedules, IFC Link, Dynamo integration and MEP category visualization.
