It may happen that you want to return an order, maybe because you don’t like the product or for some other reason. Whatever the reason may be, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. Consult your carrier’s website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories delivered and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via email@example.com. We will refund the due amount to your bank account after receipt of your return, provided that the product has been returned in its original condition.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. Treat the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when returning it.
Want to exchange a product?
If you want to exchange your product as a consumer, that’s no problem at all. You can contact firstname.lastname@example.org for this purpose, making sure to include your order number. However, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the product.
